How many of you have been to the doctor only to have them say that you need to exercise more, then proceed to give you a set of exercises that you might have been able to do when you’re twelve, but highly unlikely to be able to pull off when you’re 65. Heck I don’t think I could even manage them when I’m 50!
Incidentally, even though this article is tagged as “Fun,” I can think of nothing I’d like to do more than spend 30 minutes a day, sweating. But, I do know that there are some for some folks, this is the best part of their day. Hence for them… “Fun.”
